Re-circulating air Box Ovens for Composite Curing.
Usually built with a temperature range of 40 - 250 deg C with programmable ramp control.
Designed for a temperature uniformity of +/– 2 deg C throughout the airflow zone.

Preferably built with electric heating because of the low end temperature requirements during the early part of the cure cycle,
although we can build with gas heating if required using our specially developed gas burner!

We have built composite ovens from 1200 mm/3 and upwards to over 10 mtrs long x 4 mtrs Wide x 4 mtrs High.

Internal vacuum manifold's to suit your requirements, and complete with vacuum pump if required.

Programmable ramp temperature control with choice of controller make.
Choice of Circular, Strip or Digital recorders if required, single or multi pen for recording
temperature and vacuum, or Scada systems if prefered.

Ovens can be manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel depending on your requirements.
Paint finish to your Corporate colour on request.
